Privacy Policy — SLP Session Studio

SLP Session Studio is made by Bridging Solutions LLC. We built it so that a therapist's student information stays on the therapist's device.

What stays on your device

Student names or initials, target settings, generated worksheets, scores and any audio notes you record are stored only in the app's own storage on your iPhone or iPad. They are not uploaded to us. Deleting the app deletes them. You can also remove a student at any time inside the app.

What is sent to our servers

• Session Packs: the app downloads pack content and checks subscription status using an anonymous, randomly generated app identifier. No name or email is attached to it.
• Send home: when you create a code for a family, the app sends the practice targets you chose (sounds, levels, word lists) together with your anonymous identifier and a one-way hash of the student's name. The student's actual name never leaves your device.
• Home results: if a family uses SLP Practice at Home and keeps sharing on, you can see that child's practice days, minutes, percent correct per activity, and which practice words were missed. Families can turn this off at any time in their app.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to validate receipts; it receives Apple's receipt and the anonymous app identifier. We never see your payment details. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

What we don't do

No advertising, no analytics SDKs, no selling or sharing of data with third parties for their own purposes, and no accounts or passwords. The app is for adult professionals; it is not directed at children.

Deleting your data

Delete a student in the app to remove their records from your device. To remove any Send-home targets or home-practice summaries stored on our servers, email cbgoju@gmail.com with the student's Send-home code and we will delete them within 30 days.
